18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

- Matthew 28:18-20

Operation Christmas Child

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. FBC has partnered with Samaritan’s Purse for many years. We have hosted packing parties over the years to pack shoe boxes full of toys/gifts for children around the world.

The Operation Christmas Child packing party is scheduled for November 5th following the Sunday service. Bring the whole family to participate in this event. Pizza will be served.

Spectrum Ministries

Spectrum Ministries partners with local churches to reach families in Mexico with various ministries, providing food and shelter, serving orphans and imprisoned youth. We serve in neighborhoods by building relationships, and offering practical hands-on help. We provide families with food and clothing as well as hair washes, haircuts and games for the kids. We share the Gospel through each service. Our goal is for the community to know Christ and experience the love of God.  FBC participates in mission trips, donations, financial and other practical support.

San Diego Rescue Mission

San Diego Rescue Mission helps San Diego’s homeless and poor populations create better lives for themselves and, in turn, builds a better community for us all. FBC participates in local events and programs, chapels, financial and other ways of support.

Rainbow Acres
